Privacy Policy

This policy covers the EduFusion website (edufusionbd.online) and the EduFusion app (app.edufusionbd.online), both run by EduFusionBD, H-08, R-22, Block-D, Section-6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh.

1. Information you send through this website

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your mobile number and your message, and, if you give them, your email address, your institution's name and the topic. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about EduFusion with you. We don't sell them or share them with advertisers.

2. Information stored in your browser

The website remembers your language (English or Bangla) and whether you viewed monthly or yearly prices, in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device; we don't receive it. Google Analytics also stores cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see which pages are read; they don't hold your name, your phone number or what you type in the form. The website doesn't use advertising cookies.

3. Services that load with this website

Fonts come from Google Fonts and animation code from cdnjs (Cloudflare), so your browser contacts them when a page loads. Google Analytics (Google) measures how the website is used, so it receives details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. The map on the Contact page loads from Google Maps only if you choose to show it. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. On the Contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is sending the form; to do that it receives technical details such as your IP address and browser. These services have their own privacy policies.

4. Information in the EduFusion app

Schools that use EduFusion enter information about their students, guardians, teachers, fees and results. That information belongs to the school. We store and process it only to provide EduFusion to that school.

• Each institute's data is kept separate from every other institute's.
• Students can see only their own information.
• Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Study files are private to the institute and are not public links.

Questions about a student's information should go to the student's school first, because the school controls it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. A school's app data is kept while the school uses EduFusion; for what happens when a school stops, contact us.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent through this website. Write to support@edufusionbd.online or call +880 1580-391983.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
