# Terms of Service

The rules for using EduFusion, in plain language.

These terms are between your institute and EduFusionBD ("we"), H-08, R-22, Block-D, Section-6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh. By registering an institute or using EduFusion you agree to them.

## 1. The service

EduFusion is web-based school management software for schools, colleges and coaching centres. It works in a web browser; features are described on this website and may improve over time.

## 2. Accounts

The person who registers an institute is its admin and is responsible for the accounts created under it, including student logins. Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

## 3. Free trial

Every new institute gets a 30-day free trial with every feature. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using EduFusion. Your data is kept so you can continue where you left off.

## 4. Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the [pricing section](https://edufusionbd.online/pricing) in Bangladeshi taka. You pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or bank transfer and submit the transaction ID in the app; your plan starts when we confirm the payment. Each transaction ID can be used only once. If a subscription ends without renewal, the institute can still sign in to renew from Billing.

## 5. Your data

Your institute owns the information it puts into EduFusion. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://edufusionbd.online/privacy). You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your students, guardians and staff.

## 6. Auto question papers

The Auto Question Lab drafts questions automatically. Drafts can contain mistakes, so a teacher must review and edit every question before it is used in an exam.

## 7. WhatsApp messages

Messages are sent from your institute's own WhatsApp number. You are responsible for what you send and for following WhatsApp's own terms. EduFusion sends at a measured pace to protect your number, but can't guarantee that WhatsApp will never restrict it.

## 8. Acceptable use

Don't use EduFusion to break the law, send spam, access another institute's data, or interfere with the service.

## 9. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid. We'll tell the institute admin why.

## 10. Availability and liability

We work to keep EduFusion running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount your institute paid us in the three months before the claim.

## 11. Changes and law
