## How to start and pay

You don't pay anything to start. When the free trial ends, choose a plan and pay the way you already pay for everything else.

1. **Register your institute** and use every feature free for 30 days. No payment details needed.
2. **Choose a plan** in Institute → Billing, by the number of students you have.
3. **Pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or bank transfer**, monthly or for a whole year.
4. **Submit the transaction ID** on the Billing page. Each ID can be used only once.
5. **EduFusion confirms the payment** and your plan starts. Your data from the trial stays exactly as it was.

## How EduFusion's price compares

EduFusion costs **৳2,499 a month for up to 200 students**, or **৳3,999 a month with no student limit**, with every feature in both. For a school of 300 students, the published entry prices we found on other Bangladeshi products' websites on 19 October 2026 were ৳1,500 (OurCampusBD, plus ৳3,000 a year for hosting), ৳2,000 (Edufy Basic), ৳2,400 (Smart Academic System), ৳2,500 (ClassMate Starter) and ৳2,700–৳2,850 (Eduman), before setup fees, VAT and SMS. Four of the ten products we checked don't publish prices at all.

## Questions about pricing

**How much does EduFusion cost?**

৳2,499 a month for up to 200 students, and ৳3,999 for any number of students. Every plan includes every feature.

**What is the difference between the plans?**

Only the number of students. Fees, results, the Question Lab, WhatsApp messages, the student portal and every other feature come with every plan.

**How does yearly billing work?**

A year costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free. For example, Professional is ৳24,990 a year instead of ৳29,988.

**Is there a free trial?**

Yes. Every new institute gets 30 days free with every feature, and no payment details are needed to start. Your data stays when you choose a plan.

**How do we pay?**

By bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or bank transfer. Submit the transaction ID in Institute → Billing, and your plan starts once EduFusion confirms the payment.

**Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?**

No. WhatsApp messages go from your institute's own WhatsApp number, and EduFusion doesn't charge per message. SMS are separate: you buy them in packages (see below).

**How much do SMS cost?**

৳0.40 an SMS, bought in packages: 100 SMS for ৳40, 200 SMS for ৳80 or 500 SMS for ৳200. You pay by bKash, Rocket or Nagad in Communication → Phone Message, and the SMS are added once EduFusion approves the payment. One SMS holds up to 160 English or 70 Bangla characters; SMS that can't be sent are given back to your balance. SMS are not part of your plan's price.
