**Fee management in EduFusion is the part of the school management software that records every student's fees.** You generate a month's fees for a whole class, record full or partial payments, add discounts, and print a receipt for each payment. 4. Download the receipt as a PDF and hand it over or send it.

## Frequently asked questions about school fee management

**How do I collect school fees with EduFusion?**

**Can parents pay only part of a fee?**

Yes. Record the amount they paid; the fee becomes Partial and the rest stays as a due. Every payment is kept in the fee's history.

**How do I see all unpaid fees?**

The fees screen shows each student's dues, and each student's fee page lists every pending and partial fee. You can collect several of them together.

**Can I print a fee receipt?**

**Can we give a discount or scholarship?**

Yes. Add a discount to a fee and write a note explaining it, so anyone can see later why the amount was reduced.

Not yet. Today the office records each payment, whether it was made in cash, by bKash or another way, and the student sees it in the portal.
