The admin links the school's own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, then sends campaigns to a class or to chosen students' families. When results are published, each family also gets their own child's result. Messages go out at a safe pace to protect the number. For families without WhatsApp, you can send SMS too. **Can we import our existing students from Excel?** Yes. Save your Excel sheet as a CSV file, choose the class and session, match its columns to EduFusion's fields, and the students are added in one go. The import history shows the result of every row.
